1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kisshp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the kisshp online gaming platform accessible at kisshp.cam, operated under PAGCOR authority.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered a kisshp account and/or uses any service or feature offered by the kisshp platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the kisshp platform, through which the player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player and held in the player's kisshp wallet, available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, or cashback amounts credited by kisshp subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Platform" refers to the kisshp website, mobile web application, games, features, and all related services accessible via kisshp.cam.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing kisshp's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all kisshp account holders.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the kisshp account registration process, accessing any game or feature on the Platform, or depositing funds into a kisshp account, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must notify kisshp promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the kisshp Platform. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, and may result in the forfeiture of all balances therein without prior notice.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kisshp login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and to notify kisshp immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You represent that all information provided at the time of registration and during KYC verification is true, accurate, and your own. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

4.3 Third-Party Use Prohibited

You may not allow any third party to access or use your kisshp account on your behalf. You may not open an account on behalf of another person. All gaming activity on your account is your sole legal and financial responsibility.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kisshp reserves the right to apply administrative maintenance fees to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines. You will be notified via your registered mobile number before any such fees are applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

kisshp accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All payment instruments used must be registered in the name of the verified kisshp account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your kisshp Real Money Balance instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. kisshp is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment infrastructure.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and may be subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. kisshp aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving financial institution's processing times.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the kisshp cashier section and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

kisshp is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. kisshp reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to delay, suspend, or reverse transactions where AML concerns arise. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotional Eligibility

All kisshp bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a player's Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to the Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round, and expiry period are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kisshp reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated play between multiple players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal From Bonus Play

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, winnings generated from Bonus Balance play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Any winnings exceeding this cap at the time of wagering requirement completion may be removed from the player's balance. The applicable cap is stated clearly in each promotion's terms prior to opt-in.

6.5 VIP Program

Participation in the kisshp VIP loyalty program is governed by the VIP Program Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. VIP tiers, point accumulation rates, rewards, and tier qualification criteria are subject to periodic review and may be amended by kisshp with reasonable notice to affected players.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the kisshp Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certifications are conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories and cover the entire kisshp game library. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in each game's information section.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that interrupts or corrupts a gaming round, kisshp reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. kisshp is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Individual games may be subject to maximum single-session or single-event payout limits, which are disclosed in the applicable game rules or paytable. Where a calculated payout exceeds the stated maximum, the maximum payout amount will be applied.

7.4 Sports Betting and Live Events

Sports betting markets, including those covering PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to the kisshp Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be settled as void unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules.

8 Responsible Gaming

kisshp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools are available to all registered kisshp players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your kisshp account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been in a continuous gaming session for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active play displaying your session duration and net gaming position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the kisshp Platform. A temporary self-exclusion period may not be revoked before its expiry date. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kisshp Platform and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Operating or participating in any scheme to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform without express written authorization from kisshp;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by minors (persons under 21 years of age);
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kisshp Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of kisshp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of kisshp.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

kisshp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a kisshp account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kisshp implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions. Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kisshp's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

kisshp expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond kisshp's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet service failures, or third-party payment provider outages;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose content is made available through the Platform.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by kisshp

kisshp reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any player account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering activity, or any other regulatory concern. During a suspension, the player's access to games, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation.

13.2 Closure by kisshp

kisshp may permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has materially breached these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) closure is required by PAGCOR or applicable law; or (d) kisshp determines in good faith that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.3 Closure by Player

Players may close their kisshp account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance (subject to applicable wagering requirement clearance) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified Philippine payment method within a reasonable processing period.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, or to the courts of the Philippines as the case may require.

15 Amendments to These Terms

kisshp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments — including corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes — may be implemented without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published at kisshp.cam/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
